Advance payments secure your booking slot. The remaining balance is due as specified at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary by experience or trip. The specific cancellation terms applicable to your booking will be communicated at the time of purchase. Please review them carefully before confirming your booking.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe are being used fraudulently.

All content on this Platform — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to India Hidden Gems Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, India Hidden Gems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or participation in any experience or trip. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.
